Digital Desk, New Delhi Google has begun rolling out its Camera app version 8.4 for older Pixel phones, including the camera features of the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. According to a report from XDA Developers, this update includes some new features including Timer Lite, Manual White Balance Toggle and Manual Exposure Toggle.

The new version of the app adds a gear icon next to the V icon in the large drop-down menu. For Google Pixel smartphones, a new version of the Google Camera app (8.4.2000.406250151.12) has been released by the Play Store.

This is a rollout, availability may vary. In the meantime, you can sideload it via a third-party platform with manual APK installation.

Earlier, the Camera app was rolled out to version 8.2 pixel series phones, which provides a better video capture experience with longer pressing of the shutter button. In Google Camera 8.2.204, users can record video by swiping without touching the screen.
