The IBPS exam is conducted for candidates who want to get Government Jobs in Banking. Youngsters are more attracted towards IBPS Exams. Because, it has better salary, allowances and job security (Salary, Allowances and Job Security). Millions of candidates apply and sit for this exam every year. But let me tell you, passing this exam is not an easy task. It requires hard work and preparation. The most important thing for good preparation is the syllabus (IBPS Clerk Exam Syllabus). You cannot start reading without knowing the syllabus. So today we will tell the prelims and mains of this exam to the candidates who want to give this exam about the syllabus (IBPS Clerk Syllabus 2021) as well as the exam pattern and the recruitment process.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection i.e. IBPS announced the notification for recruitment of IBPS Clerk 2021 on its official website https://ibps.in on October 6, 2021. The last date to apply was October 27.

Course for clerk’s examination

Knowing the detailed syllabus will help you create a timetable for reading and understanding. You can pass with good marks by devoting enough time to each subject or topic.

Prelims Exam

The IBPS Clerk Prelims Exam consists of 3 sections – English Language, Reasoning and Quant. The importance of DI numerical knowledge is more in this exam. So PUZZEL is the most important topic in Reasoning. Candidates can get good marks if they work hard on both the above subjects, as these two subjects are a game of brain and numbers. The English section asks 7-8 questions from Reading Comprehension.

English – Reading Comprehension, Fillers (Double fillers, Multiple Sentence Fillers, Sentence Fillers), New Pattern Cloze Test, Phrase Replacement, Odd Sentence Out cum Para Jumbles, Inference, Sentence Completion, Connectors, Paragraph Conclusion, Phrasal Verb Related Questions, Error Detection Questions, Word usage / Vocab Based Questions).

Reasoning – Questions related to puzzles, seating arrangements, directions, blood relations, justice, order and ranking, coding-decoding, machine input-output, inequality, alpha-numerical-symbol series, data efficiency, alphabet.

Quantitative Aptitude – Data Efficiency, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analysis or DI (Bar Graph, Line Chart, Tabular Cassette, Radar / Web, Pi Chart), Inequality (Numerical Equation), Number Series, Estimation and Simplification, Data Efficiency, And LCM, Profit and Loss, SI and CI, Problems of Ages, Function and Time, Speed-Distance and Time, Probability, Area Scale, Order Change and Combination, Average, Ratio and Progression, Partnership, Boat and Flow Related Questions, Train , Mixture and charge, pipe and tank questions.

Mains exam

Syllabus is almost identical for both prelims and mains. But another theme has been added to the mains. While one or two topics have been added in other topics.

Reasoning and Computer Aptitude – Puzzles, seating arrangements, directions, blood relations, justice, order and ranking, coding-decoding, machine input-output, inequality, alpha-numerical-symbol series, data efficiency, alphabet related questions, logical reasoning, computer history , Computer Organization Introduction, Computer Memory, Hardware and I / O Device, Software, Computer Language, System, Network, Internet, MS Office Suite and Shortcut Key, Basic of DBMS, Number System and Conversion, Computer and Network Security

Quantitative Aptitude – Data Efficiency, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analysis or DI (Bar Graph, Line Chart, Tabular Cassette, Radar / Web, Pie Chart), Inequality (Numerical Equation), Number Series, Estimation and Simplification, Data Simplicity HCF & LCM, Profit & Loss, SI & CI, Problems of Ages, Function & Time, Speed-Distance & Time, Probability, Area Scale, Order Change & Combination, Average, Ratio & Progress, Partnership, Boat & Flow Questions about train, mixture and charge, pipe and tank.

General / Financial Awareness – Banking & Insurance Awareness, Financial Awareness, Government Schemes & Policies, Current Affairs, Static Awareness.
