Indigo Jobs: Job seekers can get job opportunities in IndiGo airlines. Indigo Airlines has issued notification for trainee post and engineering graduates. Candidates can apply for this job by going to Candidates with BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Aeronautical subjects will be hired by Interglobe Aviation Limited, which manages Indigo.

Eligibility for jobs in IndiGo airlines: Candidates aspiring to do this job should have passed Std.10 with 60% marks and above. As well as graduation with a total of 60 percent and more.

What is the job

According to Indigo’s official website, eligible candidates for the job will have to repair aircraft components, aircraft routing, fleet management, maintenance planning with short grounding time, godown and inventory management and front line support.

Trainees will also be required to perform long-term aircraft maintenance operations, including planning and allocation of materials, spares, tools and equipment, purchase of spares and logistics support, aircraft leasing, sea-checks, etc. Along with this, insurance, warranty, budgeting as well as cost control operations will also have to be done. In addition they will have to play a role in work including management, leasing, foreign vendors, special projects, studies and system implementation.

With this, Indigo has stated on its website that Indigo never asks for money for an interview or a job. In the past, job seekers have been advised to avoid bogus agencies and money launderers. In its statement, Indigo said the company does not charge money for airline interviews or training and does not charge anything.

“As the market leader, it is our responsibility to detect and curb such malpractices,” said Indigo CEO Ronjoy Dutta. The airline has been working with law enforcement agencies to identify the culprits and hopes that it will come to a halt due to the awareness of people helping the police.
