Digital Desk, New Delhi A user on social media recently claimed that his OnePlus Nord 2 had exploded, the smartphone brand reacted to it on Tuesday. The company said that we take such matters very seriously and have already reached out to the user to collect details for further investigation.
Brand told IANS, “We take such incidents very seriously. Our team has already reached out to the user and we are in the process of gathering details to investigate.
A user named Suhit Sharma tweeted: The hashtag oneplus nord2 Blast was never expected of you, see what your product has done. Please be prepared for the results. Stop playing with people’s souls. That person is suffering because of you. The user has shared pictures of the injury with the OnePlus device.
“OnePlus is in constant touch with us and the R&D team is working on this,” he added in another tweet. We are cooperating with them to resolve this issue. Earlier, another Twitter user claimed in his tweet about the OnePlus Nord 2 explosion and later deleted the post without uploading any picture of the device that was allegedly exploded.
The company later denied the claim, saying an investigation had found the case to be false and no OnePlus product was involved.
