Poko users are facing this problem
In fact, users of the Poco X2 in India are reporting issues with its camera, touch and charging after updating to MIUI 12.5. Affected users in their complaint on social media have alleged that the camera of their Poco X2 handset is not responding even after installing the latest update. Some of them claim that their phones are no longer responding to touch inputs – and in some cases even struggling with slow charging after updating to the new MIUI version. The MIUI 12.5.6 Global Stable release for Poco phones was released just a few weeks ago.

Anger erupted on Twitter
Some affected users have taken to Twitter to inform Poco India about the issues they are facing after updating their Poco X2 to MIUI 12.5. In some cases, according to user reports, the Poco phone’s camera is no longer working. Some users have also claimed that they are having problems with its touchscreen and slow charging.

The official Poko support account responded to some tweets complaining about problems encountered after installing the MIUI 12.5.6 update. However, he did not give any concrete details yet.

Some users claimed that they tried to restart the phone by going to the settings menu and clearing the camera data and cache. However, those efforts have apparently not been successful for them.

Poco X2 users have been annoyed before
Interestingly, this is not the first time that users have reported problems with the Poco X2. The same model was previously affecting users with the same ‘camera not working’ problem that Poco India admitted in June, claiming that less than 0.2 per cent of users were affected by the problem.
