Apple is popular not only because of its superb phones but also because of its distinctive features. The company has offered many such features to its customers, which so far have been limited to iOS devices only. IPhone users are going to get many new and very interesting features soon. 1. Parts and service history
With iOS 15.2, users will be able to view service history and find out which part of the iPhone has changed. Users need to go to Settings> General> About to see their iPhone’s parts and service history. Apple says users who own the iPhone XR, XS, XS Max and later iPhone SE (2nd generation) can check to see if the battery has been replaced. For iPhone 11 models, iPhone 12 models and iPhone 13 models, you can check if the battery or display has changed. For iPhone 12 models and iPhone 13 models, you can check if the battery, display or camera has changed.
2. Legacy contact feature
IPhone users will have the option of appointing a legacy contact – a person who can access iCloud data in the event of a user’s death. This feature is expected to come with iOS 15.2 and is part of Apple’s digital legacy program. Digital legacy programs allow you to assign people as legacy contacts so they can access your account and personal information in the event of your death.
3. New app privacy feature
With iOS 15.2, users will see a section in Settings that lets them see how many times the app has accessed your location, photos, camera, microphone and contacts in the last seven days. It also shows you which applications have contacted other domains and how they have recently contacted them.
4. New Siri features
iOS 15.2 Apple will add new features to Siri, including activating the Music Voice plan.
